We keep contact and account-related information for as long as it is needed to support the subscription, answer a request, or keep basic records of an order. We do not publish a fixed deletion timetable that we cannot stand behind.

We do not sell your contact form submissions as a mailing list. That is a statement of how we run this site, not a registered certification.
